Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

At The Classic Butcher, we are committed to delivering the highest quality meat. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Refunds & Returns

  • If your order has not arrived within 24 hours of the expected delivery date, please notify us immediately.

  • We are unable to issue refunds for products that have been consumed, disposed of, or stored/handled incorrectly after delivery.

  • If a refund or credit is approved, please allow up to seven working days for processing.

In cases where a return is required, please securely repackage the product(s) in the original packaging (if possible) and send them to:

  • Returned products must be in their original condition to qualify for a full credit or replacement. We may ask for photos as proof of damage before proceeding with a refund or replacement.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations or changes on the day of delivery.

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible before the dispatch date.
