For example, if you subscribe to a monthly meat box, you will be charged each month, and your order will be delivered to your doorstep automatically.

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through the customer portal. You can access the customer portal via the magic link sent to you in your subscription confirmation email.
How often will I be billed?
Subscriptions are billed weekly or monthly, depending on your choice.
How can I skip or reschedule a charge?
You can skip or reschedule a charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery has a Skip Payment button next to it, allowing you to skip a charge if needed. You can also reschedule your charge by selecting the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
Days Available: Monday to Friday.
Collection Times: 12:30 pm – 5:30 pm.
